- South on I25 to Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock -- approximately 15 miles
- Left on Plum Creek to S. Perry Street -- approx. .3 miles
- Right onto South Perry Street (2nd Light) -- go approx .5 miles
- Pull into AspenBio driveway on right just prior to the end of South Perry Street
